His Excellency Suhail Al Mazrouei

Minister

H.E. Eng. Suhail Mohamed Faraj Al Mazrouei was appointed as UAE Minister of Energy on 12 March 2013. The Ministry’s functions focus on contribution to sustainable development, coordinating and representing petroleum affairs, minerals, electricity and water and is charged with the responsibility of assuring that these resources are utilized to support the national economy in a pioneering and exemplary fashion in collaboration with other relevant authorities.

HE Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei, in addition to his portfolio as Minister of Energy, has the following duties:

- Member of the Board of Directors of the Mubadala Investment Company
- Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Electricity and Water Authority
- Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mubadala Petroleum Co.
- Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Liquified Gas Co.
- Member of the Higher Advisory Committee of the Supreme Petroleum Council.
- Member of the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Development Co.
- Member of the Board of Directors of the Dolphin Energy Co.
- Member of the Audit Committee of ADNOC.

Mr Al Mazrouei has excellent experience in corporate administration in different sectors including ship building, defense systems, oil and gas services sector and real estate development. Furthermore Mr. Al Mazrouei has held multiple positions in government as well as the private sector and has achievements realized in the service of the country and through his career in ADNOC which spanned 10 years before he moved to Mubadala Company in 2007.

As a petroleum engineer Mr. Suhail Al Mazrouei rose through the ranks till he became the Director of Production and Engineering Facilities for all the companies operating in the offshore area of Abu Dhabi. He managed and coordinated a collective production of more than one million barrels daily. In addition HE Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei was seconded between 2004-2005 to Shell EP in the Netherlands, where he gained experience in many international projects in Nigeria, North Sea, Brunei and the Netherlands. During his career in Mubadala Company he succeeded in adding new projects to the company’s portfolio assets in Bahrain, Oman and Kazakhstan, which increased the value of the company’s shares. He was responsible for the development of new projects as well as investments in exploration and production in Middle Eastern countries and Africa.

Mr. Al Mazrouei graduated in 1996 from the University of Tulsa the United States with a Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering.

His Excellency Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber

Minister of State, CEO, ADNOC Group, UAE & Chairman of the Board, National Media Council
H.E. Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber is a Minister of State of the United Arab Emirates and member of the federal cabinet. As minister, he is responsible for handling strategic portfolios. As CEO of ADNOC, Dr. Al Jaber oversees the operations and growth of the Group.

Prior to taking on the leadership position at ADNOC, Dr. Al Jaber was the Chief Executive Officer of Energy at Mubadala—the Abu Dhabi government’s strategic investment arm and principal agent in the diversification of the Emirates’ economy. As CEO, Dr. Al Jaber drove the growth of Mubadala’s strategic energy investments across two key portfolio companies, Mubadala Petroleum and Masdar.

As Chairman of Masdar, Dr. Al Jaber continues to drive the company’s strategic direction after spearheading its launch and establishment in 2006 as its Chief Executive. Through Masdar he has pioneered efforts to create economically viable renewable energy solutions through research and development, sound investments and innovative public and private sector partnerships.

Dr. Al Jaber also holds several board and advisory positions and counsels on issues related to energy, sustainability and economic diversification.

Dr. Al Jaber serves as Chairman of the UAE National Media Council, and is an active member of the Emirates Diplomatic Academy Board of Trustees. He is also Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Ports Company, and serves on the board of Emirates Global Aluminum—the fifth largest aluminum company in the world.

Since 2011 Dr. Al Jaber has served on the United Nations Secretary General’s High Level Group on Sustainable Energy for All and in 2012 was recognized as a “Champion of the Earth,” the United Nations’ flagship award for outstanding visionaries and leaders in the fields of policy, science and entrepreneurship. In 2013 Dr. Al Jaber was also appointed an honorary Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (CBE) by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

His Excellency Khalid Al Falih

His Excellency Khalid A. Al-Falih is Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Chairman of the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) Board of Directors.

Previously, he served as Minister of Health for the Kingdom.

Prior to his appointment as Chairman, Mr. Al-Falih held key leadership positions across Saudi Aramco, to include serving as President and Chief Executive Officer from January 2009 through May 1, 2015. He also was Executive Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Gas Operations and Industrial Relations, respectively.

Mr. Al-Falih chairs the following boards:

Mr. Al-Falih earned a bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1982, and completed his MBA at KFUPM in 1991. In 2009, he received an honorary doctorate from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, and was awarded the King Abdulaziz Medal (First Class), Saudi Arabia’s highest civilian honor for service to the country.In 2016, he was recognized as Energy Intelligence Petroleum Executive of the Year.

Recognized for driving strategic organizational transformation throughout his inspiring three-decade career at Aramco, Mr. Al-Falih has led large-scale business initiatives and industrial projects, built capacity for the benefit of Saudi citizens through economic and social programs, and enhanced the performance and impact of complex organizations. His appointment as Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources is a reflection of key economic and business changes as part of the Saudi Vision 2030, as well as recognition of Mr. Al-Falih’s exceptional leadership and achievement.

His Excellency Issam Abdulmohsen Almarzooq

HE Issam Abdulmohsen Almarzooq was appointed Minister of Oil, Minister of Electricity & Water and the Chairman of the Board of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation on 10 December 2016. Prior to His Excellency's appointment as a Minister, he held the position of a Board Member of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Boursa Kuwait Company since 2014. In 1996, he served as a Board Director of Kuwait Shipbuilding & Repair Company (KSRC).

In 1982, His Excellency started his career in Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) and later joined Kuwait Petroleum Corporation as Senior Planning Engineer for the Downstream Operations of KPC, which included KNPC and Petroleum Industries Company (PIC).

His Excellency graduated in 1982 with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California

His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Hamad Al Rumhy

Since December 1997, H.E. Mohammed Hamad Al Rumhy has held the position of the Minister of Oil and Gas, Sultanate of Oman. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors at PDO (Petroleum Development Oman), OOC (Oman Oil Company) Board, OLNG (Oman Liquefied Natual Gas), TRA (Telecommunications Regulatory Authority) & NTF (National Training Fund).

He graduated with a B.Sc from Imperial College, London in 1980, was awarded a M.Sc. from Tulsa University, Oklahoma, USA in 1983 and from 1986-1990 he completed his Ph.D at Imperial College, London.

H.E. Al Rumhy worked for PDO (Petroleum Development Oman) from 1980-1986 as a Petroleum Engineer, and from 1990-1997 H.E. held a number of academic positions at the College of Engineering, Sultan Qaboos University, Oman.

In 2010, in recognition of his substantial contribution to promoting bilateral economic relations between Japan and Oman in the energy sector, the Government of Japan conferred the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun on His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Hamad Al Rumhy, Minister of Oil and Gas.

His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Bin Saleh Al-Sada

His Excellency, Dr. Mohammed Bin Saleh Al-Sada was appointed Minister of Energy and industry, and Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of Qatar Petroleum in 2011. In September 2014, he was again assigned overall responsibility for Qatar’s energy and industry sector, retaining both his Cabinet portfolio and QP position as Chairman of the Board. Earlier, from 2007 to 2011, H.E. Dr. Al-Sada was Minister of State for Energy and Industry Affairs and Member of the Cabinet.

His Excellency is a member of the Supreme Council for Economic Affairs and Investment. In addition, he is the Chairman of RasGas Company Limited, Qatar Gas Transport Company Ltd. (NAKILAT) and Qatar Electricity & Water Company (QEWC). H.E. is also the Chairman of the Permanent Water Resources Committee (PWRC) at Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa).

H.E. Dr. Al-Sada has over 33 years of experience in the energy sector. In 1983, he joined Qatar Petroleum (QP) and started a lifetime career in the oil and gas business. He moved up the corporate ladder and assumed numerous managerial positions. In 1997, he was appointed QP Technical Director, where he successfully directed the execution of a number of major oil, gas and infrastructure projects. In 2006, he was appointed Managing Director of RasGas Company Limited (RasGas).

In 2017, His Excellency Dr. Sada was selected by the Energy Institute of the UK to receive The International “Oil Diplomacy Man of the Year” Award.

An active member of the Qatari community, His Excellency is a member of the Qatar Foundation Board of Directors. In addition, he is the Chairman of the Joint Advisory Board (JAB) at Texas A & M University Qatar (TAMUQ) and of the Joint Oversight Board (JOB) of the College of North Atlantic Qatar (CNAQ).

H.E. Dr. Al-Sada was a founding member of the National Committee for Human Rights. He also served as a member of the Permanent Constitution Preparation Committee and the Supreme Education Council.

His Excellency holds an MSc degree and a PhD from the University of Manchester in the UK and a BSc degree in Marine Science and Geology from Qatar University.

His Excellency is married and has five children.

His Excellency Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Khalifa

Sh. Mohamed bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Khalifa graduated with honors from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals with a B.Sc. degree in Electronics. He completed his higher education in the United Kingdom with a Masters Degreefrom the University of Cambridge and an Advanced Masters from the Imperial College of Science. He also holds an MBA from DePaul University, Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.

He joined the Ministry of Finance, Kingdom of Bahrain in the year 1999 where he became Director of Government Shareholdings in 2005. During his tenure at the Ministry he worked on the privatization of key projects including the privatization of Power Plants, Seef properties IPO and Muharraq STP. He is a former Board member of The Bahrain National Gas Expansion Co., Lulu Tourism Co.

He was appointed as the Chief Executive of The Oil & Gas Holding Company in 2011. He is currently Chairman of the ‘National Oil & Gas Authority’, ‘The Oil & Gas Holding Company’, ‘The Bahrain Petroleum Co.’, ‘Tatweer Petroleum Company’ and is a board member of ‘Central Bank of Bahrain’.

Under the Royal Decree No. 45 for the year 2016, issued by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, on 3rd June 2016, Sh. Mohamed bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa was appointed as the Minister of Oil.

His Excellency Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo

HE Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo of Nigeria began his tenure as OPEC Secretary General on 1 August 2016.

An accomplished oil technocrat, he possesses a wealth of experience in the oil and gas industry, both in Nigeria and internationally.

Born in April 1959, in Yola, Adamawa State, Nigeria, HE Mohammad Barkindo holds a B.Sc degree in Political Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Petroleum Economics and Management, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

His career in the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, which spans more than 23 years, saw him appointed Group Managing Director in January 2009. Previous to that he served as Deputy Managing Director of Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas and was Special Assistant to former Minister of Petroleum Resources and OPEC Secretary General, Dr Rilwanu Lukman.

HE Mohammad Barkindo has long been involved in OPEC affairs. He served for a record 15 years as Nigeria’s OPEC National Representative and was also OPEC Governor. In 2006, he was made Acting OPEC Secretary General.

As well as being a devout oil man, HE Mohammad Barkindo is an advocate of the climate change initiative and led Nigeria’s technical delegation to the negotiations that produced the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Kyoto Protocol.

He served as Chair of the Group of 77 and China at the UNFCCC and was elected to serve three terms as Vice President of the Conference of the Parties. He also served as Chairman of the OPEC Task Force of the UN Commission on Sustainable Development for its 15th session.

Since becoming OPEC Secretary General, HE Mohammad Barkindo has worked tirelessly to help secure three historic OPEC decisions in 2016 – at the 170th (Extraordinary) Meeting of the Conference in Algiers in September; at the 171st OPEC Meeting in Vienna in November, as well as the Declaration of Cooperation reached with non-OPEC producers in December.

Dr. Sun Xiansheng

Dr Sun Xiansheng took up post as IEF Secretary General on 1 August 2016. Prior to his election Dr Sun was the President of China National Petroleum Corporation’s (CNPC) Economics and Technology Research Institute (ETRI) where he lead a team of over 370 staff members. Reporting to the Chinese leadership on energy policy decision making, including energy security strategies, “3E” (Energy, Environment, Economy) program development, low-carbon energy mix optimization, “three steps” of Chinese gas pricing reforms, and international energy cooperation. Dr Sun was deeply involved in the Chinese energy five-year planning process and many other major policies. Dr Sun also served as chief editor of ETRI’s “Oil & Gas Industry Development Report” and the first “China Energy Data & Statistics” reports.

With more than 30 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, Dr Sun has accumulated practical industry experience in oil & gas production, trading and pipeline construction. In previous roles he has served as Director of the Legal & Contract Department of CNPC International Cooperation Bureau, Vice President of CNODC (China National Exploration and Development Company), Chairman of JOC and President of Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company CNPC and also President of PetroDar company (during which the company found and developed Phalouge Oilfield, one of the largest oilfields in South Sudan). As Chairman of Saining Corporation CNPC, Dr Sun was in charge of CNPC petroleum trading in London. Dr Sun also served as Chairman of the CNPC subsidiary companies in Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, and as Chairman and Chief Negotiator of China Kazakhstan Oil Pipeline Co. Moreover, as a representative of the Chinese government, Dr Sun participated in the dialogue with OPEC and worked as chief coordinator in setting and revising production sharing contracts both for crude oil and unconventional gas for CNPC, and participated in three bidding rounds for CNPC onshore blocks.

Dr Sun holds an LLM and Ph.D from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee, UK.

His Excellency Abbas Ali Al-Naqi

H.E. Abbas A. Al-Naqi, OAPEC Secretary General since March 2008, has an extensive background in the field of energy policy. Major positions previously held by H.E. prior to joining OAPEC included: Undersecretary, Ministry of Oil -Kuwait, Assistant Undersecretary for Economic Affairs, and Vice-President of UNFCCC (COP 2) – representing Asia. Other positions held by H.E., were: Head, Joint Executive Committee (Al-Khafji Joint Operations JEC), Kuwait’s representative on OAPEC’s Executive Bureau, Head of Kuwaiti National Committee on Climate Change, Member of the Kuwaiti delegation to the Ministerial OPEC, OAPEC and GCC Conferences, Head of the Kuwaiti delegation to the OPEC long-term strategy committee, Member of the Kuwaiti delegation to the U.N. Committee for Sustainable Development (CSD) and WTO and Vice Chair special responsibility for Gulf States & Middle East, World Energy Council(WEC) {Currently remains as Honorary Officer} . H.E. was on the board of directors of several Kuwaiti oil companies and institutions, namely: {KPC, KNPC, KOC, KGOC and KISR}. He was also on the board of the following Pan Arab institutions APICORP, AMPTC. He is currently on the Board of Governors of the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies,member of the Arab Energy Club (AEC), and a member of the Kuwait – Japan businessmen dialogue.

His Excellency Dr. Mater Al Neyadi

Dr Matar Al Neyadi, Undersecretary of the UAE Ministry of Energy, holds a Ph.D. in international law from the University of Edinburgh (1997). He has professional experience in leadership, international cooperation, international maritime law, management of international negotiations, climate change, rationalization of energy and water consumption, impact of the prices of unconventional sources on oil and gas prices, the State’s sovereignty on its natural sources and drafting legislation.

In May 2014, Dr Matar assumed the position of Chairpersonof the Board of Directors of the Gulf Cooperation Council Interconnection Authority (GCCIA). Dr Matar is also the UAE’s Executive Member in the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), member of the Executive Office of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC), member of the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) and member of the Board of Trustees of H.E. the Minster of Interior’s Award for Scientific Research.

Dr. Matar Hamed Al Neyadi has authored a number of legal books which notably include ‘Maritime Zones of the UAE’, the ‘Rules of International Treaties in Public International Law’ and ‘Documents in Public International Law’.

His Excellency Sheikh Talal Nasser Al Athbi Al-Sabah

Sheikh Talal Al Sabah is the Acting Undersecretary at the Ministry of Oil, Kuwait. Sheikh Talal joined the Ministry of Oil in 2004 where he took a number of leadership position at the ministry including Head of Procurement and Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs. Prior to the his role at the Ministry of Oil, Sheikh Talal worked for Kuwait Commercial Bank where he was the Head of International Financing for the MENA Region at the bank.

Sheikh Talal Al Sabah plays key role in the stewardship and development of the energy sector. He represents Kuwait representative in international organizations and major energy companies: board member of Kuwait national petroleum company ; Kuwait’s Representative at OAPEC; board member of Environment Public Authority; and Kuwait Representative and chairman for audit committee at APICORP .

He recently was appointed to be a member of the Renewable Development high Committee which aims to increase the contribution of renewable energy to Kuwait’s energy mix . and also a member in high committee in the state of public budget . Sheikh Talal graduated from King AbdulAziz University in Saudi Arabia major in business and accounting .

His Excellency Khalifa bin Said Al-Abri

H.E. Khalifah bin Saeed Al Abri joined the General Secretariat of the GCC on January 2017 in the capacity as Assistant Secretary General for Economic and Development Affairs.

H.E. Al Abri received his Masters degree in Development Management in 1993 from Glasgow Caledonia University in the UK. His experience in public sector management is extensive and spans over 30 years. He held several positions, most recently as the CEO of the Public Authority for Development of SME in Oman.

Prior to that, H.E. Al Abri held many positions in public administrations including General Manager for Private sector Affairs at the Oman Higher Council for Planning and General Manager for Economic Affairs at the Oman Ministry of National Economy.

H.E. Al Abri has experience in public relations and international economic policies as well as in development plans, labour, industry, oil & gas, water & electricity and education.

H.E. Ahmed Mohammed Al Kaabi, Energy Ministry's Assistant under-secretary for Oil, Gas and Mineral Resources. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the United States of America and Master's degree in oil and gas from the French Institute of Petroleum in Paris in 2008.
Al Kaabi enjoys a vast experience in oil market economics, prior to joining the Energy Ministry; Al Kaabi worked as Director of ADNOC's office in Singapore.
He is a member of the World Petroleum Council (WPC) and serves as board member of the Bahrain-based Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard (ASRY) has been named as the UAE's Governor for the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).

Her Excellency Fatima Alfoora Alshamsi

Fatima Al-Foora Al Shamsi is the Assistant Undersecretary for Electricity and Future Energy in the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Energy with a rich background ranging from electrical engineering, renewables, Business Development and project management to different Managerial roles and in action she is member of the UAE Board of climate change& environment, and member of the board of directors of Emirate authority for standardization & metrology (ESMA), Head of the Emirates National Grid planning and operation committee.

Worked as the Vice President of the Privatization and Business Development in Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) and as an Executive Director for Electricity in the Federal Electricity & Water Authority (FEWA).

Her climb to the corporate leadership position was a result of her high work ethics. Before joining the Ministry She was leading the Mohammed Bin Rashid Solar Park Project, IP(W)P program in Dubai, DEWA private investment portfolio development, DEWA corporate strategy team and R&D&I center development project.

She succeeded to lead the team developing UAE energy strategy 2050 (in-house developed strategy), now leading the UAE water security strategy, also she is leading the power sector techno economic study in UAE ( which include the development of energy/power market, and all activity related to energy security & future of energy, energy and water productivity & DSM, electricity& energy market, and regulations & supervision of power sector in the Ministry of Energy.

She graduated from the United Arab Emirates University with an honors degree of BS in electronics engineering. Add to that she holds an honors degree MBA in Financial Management.

Omar Zaafrani is the Senior Vice President of Group Communications, at the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). At ADNOC, Zaafrani is responsible for the development and execution of multi-pronged communications strategies that have strengthened ADNOC’s reputation as an industry leader while ensuring the effective and transparent communication of the organization’s transformation as it adapts to an evolving energy landscape.

A communications and public relations professional, Zaafrani has extensive experience of strategically positioning organizations and personalities among key stakeholders and markets. Combining his proficiency in business and communications, he has developed compelling narratives that connect organizations to the world and its stakeholders, while reinforcing their business objectives.

Prior to joining ADNOC, Zaafrani was Head of Energy Communications, at Mubadala, an investment and development company supporting the diversification of Abu Dhabi’s economy. He has also served as Manager, Corporate Communications at Masdar, Abu Dhabi’s renewable energy company.

Zaafrani has a Bachelor degree from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada.

Brian is the Executive Director of Group Communications, responsible for stewardship of the Mubadala brand and management of the Group’s corporate communications requirements.

Brian has worked in the communications industry for over 25 years, beginning his career in Washington, D.C., where he served as chief of staff, spokesman and campaign manager for two members of Congress. He is a published author and former journalist.
Before joining Mubadala, Brian worked at global public relations firm Burson-Marsteller for ten years, where he provided strategic guidance to the firm’s public affairs, corporate and technology clients.

Dr. Ibrahim Al-Muhanna

Former Advisor, Minister of Petroleum & Mineral Resources, Saudi Arabia

Dr. Ibrahim Al-Muhanna has had a distinguished career in academics and public service and, from 1989, served as an Advisor to the Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His expertise includes OPEC affairs, analysis of international oil markets, energy economics, policy making, and public relations.


Dr. Ibrahim Al-Muhanna has had a distinguished career in academics and public service and, from 1989, served as an Advisor to the Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His expertise includes OPEC affairs, analysis of international oil markets, energy economics, policy making, and public relations.


During his more than 25 years at the ministry, Dr. Al Muhanna was an advisor to three oil ministers. He participated in countless international meetings, including OPEC, OAPEC, IEF, G20, the Asian Roundtable, and the World Economic Forum, among many others. Dr. Al-Muhanna played an active role in establishing the oil producers-consumers dialogues in 1991. He was a member of a small team that helped in the establishment of an independent research and information center, which after many years of work led to the creation of the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) in 2010.


Following his retirement from the ministry, Dr. Al-Muhanna founded Riyadh-based Saudi Energy Consultants in April, 2017. Dr. Al-Muhanna also serves as Vice Chair for the Gulf States/Middle East at the World Energy Council.

Sheikha Tamader Al Sabbah is the Public Relations and Acting Petroleum Media Manager at the Ministry of Oil, Kuwait. She also leads the Petroleum Culture Committee in Kuwait where it works with all the relevant stakeholders to enhance the petroleum culture among the Kuwaiti Society and understand the importance of petroleum sector.

Sheikha Tamader has 17 years of experience in Public Relations and Media. She was the media representative for Kuwait in a number of local, regional and International events including OPEC meetings, World Petroleum Council Forum, and Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) Forum.

In Kuwait, Sheikha Tamaher played a key role in organizing some of the major international events that the State of Kuwait has hosted including the recent Joint OPEC & Non-OPEC Committee; In 2012, World Petroleum Council meeting; and Petroleum Media Forum 2013.

Dr. El-Jor is a PhD holder from LaSalle University, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations and Event Management from the Fitzwilliam Institute in London.

Dr. El Jor’s extensive experience in education and public service began as an associate professor and director at the American University of Science and Technology in Lebanon. In addition, Dr. El-jor was the Vice President of Scientific Research Foundation and an executive Board Member and Vice President of YASA (a leader of injury prevention and safety in the Middle East). Later on Dr. El-Jor co-founded the Lebanese Association for School Safety Awarness. His experience also includes producing and hosting a weekly radio and television show focusing on injury prevention.
